* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:30 PM EST Monday was 35.4 feet.

* Forecast...
The river will rise to 35.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 12.0 feet and begin rising again Thursday morning. It will rise to 14.0 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.

* Impact...
At 35.0 feet, Several roads along the Guyandotte River between West Hamlin and Ranger are flooded.
