* From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* At 9:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 30.4 feet.

* Flood stage is 36.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river will rise to 36.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall to 11.9 feet and begin rising again early Thursday morning. It will rise to 13.8 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.

* Impact...
At 36.0 feet, Homes, businesses, ball fields, city pool, and tennis courts along South River Street start to flood. Homes and businesses along North River Street near the Route 5 and North River Street intersection start to flood.
