Areas in and just west of the northern mountains of West Virginia.

From 10 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel could become difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches, and lead to significant reductions in visibility.
