For the Winter Storm Watch, moderate to major impacts to the region are possible later this weekend with periods of moderate to heavy snow. Significant accumulations are possible.

In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions may impact the Thursday morning commute. Travel could be very difficult to impossible later this weekend and Monday morning.
