Heavy snowfall expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 13 inches and ice accumulations in the WV ridges of around a light glaze.

* WHERE...
Portions of east central Ohio. Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania. Portions of northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
Wind speeds are expected to increase on Monday to near 30 mph for higher elevations. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
