Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...
Portions of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Bledsoe, Campbell, Claiborne, Hancock, Marion, Morgan, Scott TN and Sequatchie and southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Lee and Wise.

* WHEN...
From late Friday night through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Many places have already seen 2 to 3 inches of rainfall this week with locally higher totals of around 4 inches in some spots. Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected from Saturday morning through Saturday night with heavy rainfall rates possible in thunderstorms Saturday night. Additional rainfall in excess of 2 inches is expected in and near the watch area.
