* Until 730 PM EST.

* At 140 PM EST, emergency management reported a few instances of minor flooding in the advisory area due to heavy rain. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Kingwood, Mannington, Star City, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Newburg, Hendricks and Hambleton.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in further instances of minor flooding. If flooding becomes more severe or widespread, a Flood Warning may be needed.
