In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Wetzel Counties.

From 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
