Portions of northeast Georgia, western North Carolina, and Upstate South Carolina.

Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Trees also could topple if rooted in saturated soil.
