Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence KY, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Lawrence OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton and Washington, southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo, Pleasants, Putnam, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wayne, Wirt, Wood and Wyoming.

From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...
Rainfall amounts of one to one and a half inches are expected on already saturated ground. Excessive runoff will likely result in rapid rises on area rivers and flooding of small creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
