Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 729 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Albemarle, Badin Lake, Plyler, Locust, Norwood, Badin, Oakboro, Stanfield, Richfield, New London, Fish Tales Marina, Morrow Mountain State Park, Pinehaven Marina, Whip-O-Will Campground, Newsom, Eldorado, Lake Tillery, High Rock and Uwharrie Haven.
