The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flood Warning for the Little Kanawha River At Grantsville.

* From Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning.

* At 10:00 AM EST Sunday the stage was 11.0 feet.

* Flood stage is 36.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 36.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning.

* Impact...
At 36.0 feet, Homes, businesses, ball fields, city pool, and tennis courts along South River Street start to flood. Homes and businesses along North River Street near the Route 5 and North River Street intersection start to flood.
