Portions of northeast West Virginia, southeast West Virginia and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia, McDowell and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. Localized flash flooding will be possible beneath the heaviest cores, especially if multiple storms cross the same location.
