For the Wind Advisory, until 11 AM EST Thursday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
