At 1117 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from 9 miles southwest of Knox to 14 miles north of Carrollton, moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.

New Castle, Salem, Columbiana, East Palestine, Ellwood City, Homeacre-Lyndora, Shanor-Northvue, Slippery Rock, Lisbon, Oakwood, Leetonia, New Castle Northwest, New Waterford, Big Beaver, Augusta, New Beaver, Ellport, Prospect, Bessemer and Chicora.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 43 and 45...and between mile markers 47 and 48. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 92 and 110. Interstate 376 between mile markers 12 and 29. Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 1 and 14.
