In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
