Beckley, Fayetteville, Welch, Clintwood, Grundy, Pineville, Haysi, Babcock State Park, Davenport, Breaks Interstate, John Flannagan Lake, Oak Hill, Montgomery, Mullens, Mount Hope, Mabscott, Ansted, Oceana, Sophia and Gary.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
