River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 548 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms is resulting in minor flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 12 hours.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Norton, Wise, Jonesville, Big Stone Gap, Pennington Gap, Coeburn, Appalachia, St. Paul, Dungannon, St. Charles, Duffield, Jasper, Dryden, Pattonsville, Fort Blackmore and Castlewood.
