Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE... A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull. * WHEN... Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 711 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
