WHERE...Teller and El Paso Counties. Locations include, but are not limited to Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs.
WHEN...1200 PM Thursday August 06 to 1000 PM Thursday August 06 IMPACTS...Ozone concentrations in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups category are likely within the advisory area on Thursday afternoon and evening.
HEALTH INFORMATION...Public Health Recommendations: Increasing likelihood of respiratory symptoms and breathing discomfort in active children and adults and people with lung disease, such as asthma. Active children and adults, and people with lung disease, such as asthma, should reduce prolonged or heavy outdoor exertion.
