West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Numerous measured wind gusts of 45 to 62 mph have been recorded at area weather stations late this morning and early this afternoon. This includes a gust to 61 mph at 12:19 pm EST at the Pittsburgh International Airport. Power outages have also been reported in several areas.
