A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Medina, Portage and Summit.

* WHEN...
Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
