Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 to 4 inches with locally more possible within the Laurel Highlands into the West Virginia higher terrain. Gusty wind up to 30 mph is possible with ridge tops seeing up to 40 mph outside of the Wind Advisory area.

Portions of northwest Pennsylvania, the higher terrain of southwest Pennsylvania, and the higher terrain of northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute.
