The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 AM EDT early this morning for portions of central and south central Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, in central Virginia, Amherst, Campbell and City of Lynchburg. In south central Virginia, Bedford.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
