Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

Ohio River at Parkersburg.

* WHEN...
Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...
At 36.0 feet, Backwater effects will start to cause problems along the Little Kanawha River. Happy Valley Road in Happy Valley starts to flood.
At 38.0 feet, Several homes flooded in the Happy Valley and Point Drive areas near Parkersburg, along the Little Kanawha River. A few homes are flooded on Annas Drive in Vienna, West Virginia.
Dave's Marina, Walnut Street, and Scott Avenue in Belpre, Ohio, start to flood.

- At 8:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 38.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM EDT Saturday was 38.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 38.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
