Through Friday morning.

Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms along a stalled front are expected to result in repeat heavy rainfall through this evening. Additional heavy rain is possible with the remnants of tropical storm Arthur late tonight and early Friday.
