Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- While the greatest flood threat has ended, showers and a few thunderstorms will produce periods of heavy rain this morning, with a continued risk of isolated flash flooding.
