HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Laurinburg, Southern Pines, Rockingham, Raeford, Pinehurst, Hamlet, Aberdeen, Hoffman, Antioch, and Pinebluff.
