From Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A cold front will be passing through the area Monday afternoon and evening, resulting in convective storms capable of producing heavy rainfall and flash flooding conditions into the early overnight hours Monday night.
