At 915 PM EST, The Shade River in Meigs County Ohio remains above flood stage at Chester, and high water issues persist in portions of Mason County. Backwater issues on the area feeder streams and creeks along the mainstem rivers will also persist into Tuesday.

Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Pomeroy, Racine, Forked Run State Park, New Haven, Mason, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, Hartford City, Henderson, Leon, Cheshire, Letart, Lakin, Southside, Grimms Landing, Gallopolis Ferry and Portland.
