* At 555 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated persistent light to moderate rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Melting snow from the highest peaks of the northeast mountains will contribute to the rainfall, and strong rises and flooding is expected on area streams, creeks, and rivers. Low lying and poor drainage areas are expected to experience high water issues as well.

Elkins, Summersville, Richwood, Marlinton, Webster Springs, Cass Scenic Railroad, Greenbank, Belington, Addison (Webster Springs), Mill Creek, Camden-On-gauley, Holly River State Park, Snowshoe, Camden On Gauley, Dailey, Craigsville, Birch River, Mingo, Beverly and Cowen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
