At 844 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area earlier this evening. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Flooding has been reported along CR-16 north of Point Pleasant.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Henderson, Cheshire and Adamsville.
