Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1104 AM EDT, Streamgage reports along the Catawba River continued to depict out of bank conditions which will linger into the afternoon. Floodwaters are affecting low-lying areas near the gage site on Resistoflex Road as well as portions of Riverside park.
- Some locations that may experience lingering floodinginclude...
