Movement was east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Charleston, Nitro, Madison, Hamlin, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Chapmanville, Ranger, Hode, Spurlockville, Institute, Tornado, Harts, Cross Lanes, Gill, Alum Creek, and Julian. This includes the following highways... Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 32 and 34, and between mile markers 45 and 55.
