Wayne County in western West Virginia... * Until 1100 AM EST. * At 608 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain had occurred in the warned area and flooding is already occurring. While rain has tapered off to light showers with minimal additional accumulations expected, high water impacts will linger into the late morning with multiple streams and creeks out of their banks. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
