At 1145 PM EDT, radar indicated a line of heavy showers located from Mountain Valley to near Aiken Summit to near Reidsville. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these showers.
Locations impacted include...
Danville...
Eden...
Reidsville...
Yanceyville...
Bethel...
Chatham...
and Gretna.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these showers, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
