Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Expect area streams, creeks, and rivers to continue rising through the overnight.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Nitro, Grayson, Louisa, Winfield, Coal Grove, Olive Hill, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Blaine, Beech Fork State Park, Cannonsburg, Lake Vesuvius, Yatesville Lake State Park, Grayson Lake State Park and Carter Caves State Park.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
