Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia... Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... Mason County in western West Virginia... * Until 900 AM EST. * At 637 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain indicated heavy rain had occurred in the warned area and flooding is already occurring. While rain has tapered off to light showers with minimal additional accumulations expected, high water impacts will linger into the morning with several streams and creeks out of their banks. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
