Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

North Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

Until 700 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
In Macksburg, Main Street near the creek floods at 13 feet. In Whipple, at 12 feet, the intersection of Kohl Road and Whipple Run Road flood due to backwater flooding of Whipple Run.
Route 16 floods above Stanleyville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1244 PM EDT, The automated gauges on Duck Creek at both Macksburg and Whipple remain in minor flood and were slowly falling.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Macksburg, Lower Salem and Devola.
- This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 4 and 17.
