The Flood Advisory will expire at 1045 PM EDT this evening for a portion of northeast Ohio, including the following areas, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull.
The heavy rain has ended, and flood waters are slowly receding.
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
