At 557 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Cleveland Va, or 12 miles west of Lebanon, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Abingdon, Lebanon, Cleveland Va, St. Paul, Lindell, Castlewood, Holston, Emory-Meadowview, and Hansonville.
