Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of central and south central Virginia, including the following counties, in central Virginia, Campbell. In south central Virginia, Charlotte.

* WHEN...
Until 715 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 517 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavier rain showers have left, but some light rain is still in the area. In addition, runoff from the heavy rain is forecast to flow into creeks, streams, and rivers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen already.
