* At 239 AM EST, local law enforcement reported periods of heavy rain in the warned area. Some roadway flooding has been reported across Pound and Big Stone Gap areas. Additional Flooding is expected to begin shortly. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Norton, Wise, Big Stone Gap, Pennington Gap, Coeburn, Appalachia, Pound, St. Paul, St. Charles, Pardee and Dryden.
