* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1026 AM EST, the gauge on the West Fork of Duck Creek near Macksburg reported a water level of 13.1 feet. At a level of 13 feet, Main Street near the creek floods and agricultural fields adjacent to creek flood.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Macksburg and Lower Salem.
