In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In Virginia, Grayson and Smyth Counties.

* WHEN...
Until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
