The Flood Advisory will expire at 1130 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Bland and Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following area, Mercer.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
