* At 413 PM EST, Runoff from earlier rainfall is causing minor flooding along the Cowpasture river near Clifton Forge. This may also cause some minor flooding downstream along the James river near Lick Run.

* Minor flooding of nearby fields and roadways.

Clifton Forge and Iron Gate.
