* At 2:00 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 56.0 feet.

* Flood stage is 50.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

The river is expected to rise to a crest of 56.3 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.

* Impact...
At 56.0 feet, Flooding through Scioto County continues, with water entering lower levels of homes in Fullerton. Portions of Route 52 are closed due to flooding.
