Flood Warning issued September 22 at 10:52PM EDT until September 22 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV
The Flood Warning will expire at 11 PM EDT this evening for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis, Randolph and Upshur.
Flood waters are receding, so the Flash Flood Warning is being allowed to expire. However, motorists should continue to exercise extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT Wednesday for portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia...
