At 837 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Winston-Salem to Lexington to 9 miles east of Linwood. Movement was west at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Winston-Salem, High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Kernersville, Clemmons, Bermuda Run, Linwood, Trinity and Gordontown.
